Delivery:

  • Once payment has been received our admin team will add you to the Jigsaw Learning Hub using the email address you provided.  This may take up to two working days but is usually completed within just a few hours.  Please note that our admin team are based in the UK and work Monday-Friday.
  • Please ensure that your name is provided accurately as this will be used when certificates are issued.

D. Non-Refundable: Due to the digital and self-paced nature of the programme, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

E. Technology Requirements: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary technology and internet access to engage with the programme.
