Caroline is a professional Master Certified Coach (MCC) – which places her in the top 5% of International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaches globally. She also holds Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Senior Practitioner Level with European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Caroline brings a wealth of expertise and professionalism to her work and proudly supports individuals, SMEs, large multinationals, governmental and non-profit organisations, tailoring her offerings to meet the unique needs of her global client base.

With over 20 years’ experience in instructional design and training delivery, Caroline specialises in crafting bespoke training and assessment solutions.
Caroline partners with a team of ICF and EMCC coaches, mentors and supervisors to deliver team projects.
As Jigsaw.coach evloves, Caroline has been excited to work with her team to pioneer the Jigsaw Learning Hub which offers ICF approved innovative, high-quality, self-paced, self-study coach education courses.
