With more than 20 years’ experience as a trainer and instructional designer, and as holder of a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), Caroline has delivered projects such as:

  • Teacher training by invitation of the Ministry of Education in pedagogy, methodologies and innovation to a culturally diverse audience in Oman.
  • The ‘Lift as You Grow’ mentoring programme for Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in Oman.
