Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions on which jigsaw.coach supply to you any of the services listed on our website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and paying for any jigsaw.coach service. You should understand that, by registering for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By placing an order with jigsaw.coach you warrant that:
1. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. You are at least 18 years old.
Price and payment
A. The price of standard services are quoted on the virtual shop, directly to clients, and jigsaw.coach reserves the right to change prices. Quotations for bespoke services and training will be provided by jigsaw.coach in a personalised proposal.
B. Prices are honoured for one month from quotation. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
C. Payment for all services must be by cash, bank transfer or PayPal, and received in cleared funds prior to commencement.
D. Jigsaw.coach are not liable for any exchange or transfer fee.
E. Payment terms for consultancy are 50% upfront to secure the services of jigsaw.coach, and the remaining balance within 15 working days of completion.
F. In case of late payment, an updated invoice will be issued and an additional fee of 10% will be added to the final bill.
Refund policy
All deposits and service fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was on the part of jigsaw.coach.
Cancellation policy
Jigsaw.coach requires 24 hours notice of any cancellation to services. Should a cancellation occur without 24 hour of the agreed appointment then clients will be charged in full.
Events outside our control
Jigsaw.coach will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
Intellectual property rights
A. All intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, moral rights, design rights, trademarks) and all other rights in the content and materials belong to jigsaw.coach. Reproduction or distribution of any jigsaw.coach content or materials is strictly prohibited.
B. Use of the jigsaw.coach logo is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
C. Audio and visual recordings of any service is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Data protection
A. As a service user, you agree that Jigsaw.coach may use your personal data for order processing, communication and, occasionally, marketing regarding new services and opportunities. If you do not wish to receive such information please contact info@jigsaw.coach.
B. Your personal data will never be shared with a Third Party.
C. Personal data will be deleted 12 months after a contract has expired.
D. In accordance with UK The Data Protection Act 2018, Jigsaw.coach adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures that data is used fairly, lawfully and transparently.
Termination
Jigsaw.coach reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately without liability if:
A. You fail to utilise the services within 12 months of the date of confirmation.
B. In our opinion, the client has caused disruption or taken any action which brings Jigsaw.coach (or any of our employees, agents, consultants or sub-contractors) into disrepute, or adversely affects our goodwill or reputation.
Our right to change these terms and conditions
A. Jigsaw.coach has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the market affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
B. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order from us, unless we notify you of the change to these terms and conditions before we send you the confirmation. If this is the case, we have the right to assume that you have accepted the changes to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt.
