Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions on which jigsaw.coach supply to you any of the services listed on our website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and paying for any jigsaw.coach service. You should understand that by registering for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By placing an order with jigsaw.coach you warrant that:
1. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
2. You are at least 18 years old.
Price and payment
A. The price of services are quoted on this site and jigsaw.coach reserves the right to change prices. The price of bespoke services and training will be provided by jigsaw.coach in a personalised proposal.
B. Prices are liable to change at any time, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
C. Payment for all services must be by cheque, cash or bank transfer and received by us in cleared funds prior to your attendance.
D. Jigsaw.coach are not liable for any exchange or transfer fee.
E. Payment terms for consultancy days are 50% upfront to secure the services of jigsaw.coach and the remaining balance within 15 working days of completion.
F. In case of late payment an updated invoice will be issued and an additional fee of 10% will be added to the final bill.
Refund policy
All deposits and service fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was on the part of jigsaw.coach.
Cancellation policy
Jigsaw.coach requires 24 hours notice of any cancellation to services. Should a cancellation occur without 24 hour notice then clients will be charged in full.
Events outside our control
Jigsaw.coach will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
Intellectual property rights
A. All intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, moral rights, design rights, trademarks) and all other rights in the content and materials belong to jigsaw.coach. Reproduction or distribution of any jigsaw.coach content or materials is strictly prohibited.
B. Use of the jigsaw.coach logo is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
C. Audio and visual recordings of our any services is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Data protection
As a service user, you agree that we may use your personal data for jigsaw.coach marketing information from time to time regarding new services and opportunities. If you do not wish to receive such information please contact us at info@jigsaw.coach. Your personal data will never be shared with a Third Party.
Termination
Jigsaw.coach reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately without liability if:
A. You fail to utilise the services within 12 months of the date of confirmation
B. In our opinion you caused disruption or taken any action which brings us (or any of our employees, agents, consultants or sub-contractors) into disrepute or adversely affects our goodwill or reputation.
Our right to change these terms and conditions
A. Jigsaw.coach have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the market affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
B. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order programme from us, unless we notify you of the change to these terms and conditions before we send you the confirmation. If this is the case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the confirmation.
