Active Listening Skills for Coaches focuses on developing this core coaching skill that involves fully focusing on, understanding and responding to clients within and across sessions. An Introduction to Supervision focuses on the essential principles and practices of coaching supervision, focusing on its purpose to support, guide and develop the supervisee while addressing ethical considerations. You’ll explore key definitions of supervision, distinguish between coaching and supervision, and examine the dynamics of the supervisor-supervisee relationship, with an emphasis on trust, power and professional boundaries. Additionally, you’ll reflect on both ICF and EMMC Supervision Competency Frameworks, gaining a deeper understanding of their application in coaching supervision.  You will also have the opportunity to reflect on two recorded supervision sessions.

Exploring Reflective Practice helps individuals engage in self-examination and critical thinking to enhance their skills and effectiveness. By analyzing experiences, insights, biases, actions and decisions, you’ll gain deeper insights into your thought processes and behaviour, identify patterns and uncover areas for growth. You’ll explore your current approach to reflection, review ICF Competencies related to reflective practice and gain practical strategies to immediately incorporate into your reflective practice, fostering both personal and professional development.

Embodying Coaching Mastery is an advanced programme for experienced coaches aiming to align with ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) standards. It offers an in-depth exploration of the MCC Behavioral Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) and minimum skill requirements, alongside the opportunity to analyze a range of MCC-level coaching conversations. The programme supports coaches in deepening their presence, refining their skills, and truly embodying coaching mastery.

Working Towards Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) is for any coach ready to earn their first ICF Credential. This fully asynchronous coaching programme is designed for new and emerging coaches, offering flexible, self-paced modules covering ACC BARS, ICF Core Competencies and minimum skills requirements. Gain explosure to a variety of ACC level recorded coaching conversations and expert feedback as well as access to comprehensive support to confidently prepare for the ACC exam.

Perfecting Professional Certified Coach (PCC) is an in-depth coach education program that explores the ICF PCC markers and what defines a pass or fail at the PCC level. It features real PCC-level coaching recordings, expert debriefs, and detailed analysis of key skills, knowledge and behaviours required for this credential. Coaches will gain clear insights into demonstrating PCC standards and refining their practice with confidence.
