Self-paced, self-study, independent learning programmes – created by Caroline Beckett and her team of ICF MCC coaches – offer great value, flexibility and high-quality ICF CCE approved professional development for coaches, HR professionals, L&D specialists  – or anybody wanting to upskill.

Earn CCE hours while deepening your skills, knowledge and behaviours with content mapped to the ICF Core Competencies, BARS, Markers and minimum skills requirements or, where appropriate, the ICF Competencies for Supervision or Mentor Coaching.

Delivery:

• Once payment has been received our admin team will add you to the JIGSAW LEARNING portal using the email address you provided.   This may take up to two working days but is usually completed within just a few hours.  Please note that our admin team are based in the UK and work Monday-Friday.
• Please ensure that your name is provided accurately as this will be used when issuing certificates.

By purchasing a Jigsaw Learning Programme from JIGSAW.COACH LTD you agree to the following terms:

A. Access Duration: Your access to the programme will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, access will automatically expire unless renewed. If you require an extension, please contact admin@jigsaw.coach.

B. Usage: Access is granted solely to the individual purchaser and must not be shared, redistributed, or republished in any form.

C. Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and resources provided are the intellectual property of JIGSAW.COACH LTD and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

D. Non-Refundable: Due to the digital and self-paced nature of the programme, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

E. Technology Requirements: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary technology and internet access to engage with the programme.
