Experience in the Education Sector
Jigsaw.coach, led by Caroline Beckett, brings over twenty years’ experience in the education sector. Caroline began her career as a teacher of English Literature and Language, completing her degree, Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Her career has spanned both UK and international education. After working initially in the UK, Caroline moved into international education, starting as Head of English at The British School Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman. Over more than fifteen years, she worked across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the Kingdom of Bahrain before returning to the UK.
While based in Dubai, Caroline also completed a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management in International Education, deepening her expertise in educational leadership across diverse cultural contexts.
Coaching Credentials and Professional Accreditation
Over the last decade, Caroline retrained as a Leadership and Organisational Coach, progressing through the rigorous accreditation pathway of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has achieved the highest level of coaching certification, Master Certified Coach (MCC) – a distinction held by fewer than 5% of coaches worldwide.
This means her coaching qualifications are internationally benchmarked and supported by:
