After numerous chemistry calls with coaches looking for an opportunity to explore their own professional development, it became clear that they were hoping to find a combination package of coaching, mentor coaching and supervision depending on what they were experiencing in their practice.

As such, a new offering has been born! A package of monthly conversations where the coach can choose to focus on either:

As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) is well-placed to offer coaching, mentor coaching and supervision to a variety of coaching professionals around the world.  She also holds Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Senior Practitioner Level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).  Caroline is an ICF registered Mentor Coach and Supervisor, and has also been awarded Global Supervision Individual Award (ESIA) with EMCC.
